Subscription details, auto-renewals, and cancellations are managed through your app store account.


Refunds or disputes must be handled via the respective app store.


5. Use of the Service


You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited actions include:


Attempting to manipulate mining rates or earnings


Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity


Reverse-engineering, copying, or modifying the app


Distributing malware or harmful content


6. Intellectual Property


All content, graphics, logos, and software in BitcoinRise Cloud Mining are owned by or licensed to us.


You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.


7. Advertising and Third-Party Services


The app may display ads from Facebook Audience Network, Google AdMob, or other providers.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability


BitcoinRise Cloud Mining and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.


This includes loss of earnings, data, or access due to app errors, downtime, or external factors.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.


Termination does not affect your obligation to pay any fees incurred before termination.
